(Ceremony & Reception - 50 guests max)


 
  • Private. Reserved within 9 months. This package is a private wedding ceremony with reception, typically reserved on weekdays, although some Sundays may be available.

    • A fully private waterfront setting for your wedding and reception, with accommodations for up to 36 guests to stay on site (see cottage block below)

    • Officiant

    • Staff for set up/breakdown

    • Choice or arbor or arch, with white cloth draping

    • Choice of aisle and other décor items (lanterns, candles, seashells, tiki torches, and more)

    • Sand ceremony, Fisherman’s Knot, or Handfasting ceremony

    • All chairs, tables, and white tablecloths

    • Various non-floral decor items, including centerpieces, for up to 50 guests

    • Guest bathrooms (3)

    • Bistro lighting strung between the palm trees

    • Bamboo bar with sunset view

    • 20 x 30 Tiki Hut with up-lighting, plus multiple smaller tikis

    • On site private parking

    • Bluetooth speakers

    • Free dockage for multiple boats

    • Filing of wedding license

    Site Fee
    -The site fee includes exclusive use of the property, all tables, chairs, officiant, bistro lighting, non-floral centerpieces and decor, bathrooms, set up/breakdown, & choice of arbor.

    *Cottage Buyout for 1 night (required) -Please note that you don’t have to pay the full buyout costs. For ultimate privacy, all 5 of our cottages will be reserved for your group for 1 night. We will hold the cottages in your name and allow your guests to book them with a group code. Typically, the couple reserves our honeymoon suite, Treetops, and the other 4 cottages are blocked for guests to reserve separately. Any cottages not reserved 90 days prior to the event are your responsibility. Our cottages sleep a total of 36 guests. See our cottages

    Additional Nights - This package is for one night of full buyout only. If you want a longer stay with your group, we recommend our Tropical Dreams or Island Dreams packages. You may, however, add extra nights in individual cottages based on availability.

  • Catering/Bar - starts at $45 per person. 25 person minimum. See our microwedding catering/bar packages here: catering/bar packages. We work with 2 caterers exclusively. You may use a different caterer for an outside catering fee of $500. We allow you to bring in or deliver your own alcohol, which saves money.

    Planning - relax and let us handle the details! A professional “day of” planner is required for weddings over 30 guests. Our excellent in-house “month of” planning team is only $2800. You can see what it includes here: wedding planning. Receive 10% off when you add our in house planning upon booking! Or you can choose a planner from our preferred vendors

    Decor - Choose from our wedding decor or bring your own.

    Floral, DJ, Entertainment - choose your from our Preferred Vendors or bring your own.

    Photography - starts at $350 per hr. You may choose from our Preferred Vendors or we will arrange a photographer.

    Additional Events - add a goodbye brunch the following morning for $300 (catering/bar not included).

    Event Liability & Cancellation Insurance: We require event liability and cancellation insurance, which is approximately $350-450 based on your total microwedding costs.This covers host liquor liability, cancellations due to extreme weather, damage to our venue, vendor deposits, lost rings, lost wedding attire, and more.

  • SCHEDULE A TOUR -First, we recommend that you schedule a virtual or in person tour here: Schedule a Tour. Please don’t contact our office about scheduling a tour. To stay organized, scheduling is best done through our online scheduler, as that goes directly to our tour team. If you have issues with scheduling, please call our main number and hit ext #2.

    AVAILABILITY -We often block off dates to hold them for weddings, so just because a date is blocked on our calendar doesn’t mean it isn’t available for your wedding. Please contact us regarding available dates. Once you’ve decided on your dates, and checked availability with our office, we will prepare the contract for your review and hold the dates for 3 days pending your review and payment of the reservation fee.

    PAYMENTS
    Reservation Fee - Only $1500 reserves your wedding! The reservation fee is credited towards your overall package price. Upon booking, we also require the purchase of the cancellation/liability insurance (app $350-$450).
    Second Payment - 90 days after booking, 50% of the balance must be paid.
    Third payment - The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the event.

    CANCELLATION POLICY - All monies paid are non-refundable, unless we must cancel due to unforseen circumstances. The required cancellation insurance should cover most cancellations. In the event of extreme weather, we will first try to reschedule your event if at all possible.
