Midweek Wedding Package

Up to 200 Guests (Monday-Thursday)

This package is a full-buyout of the resort for any 3 days/2 nights between Monday and Thursday. Only you and your guests, plus our staff, will be on site. Most couples have their close family and wedding party stay in our 5 cottages and other wedding guests in nearby hotels/motels. It’s truly such a great way to enjoy the time leading up to the wedding and afterwards. Lounge on the beach with a margarita and your toes in the sand. Kayak, paddle board, build sandcastles, and take in our spectacular sunsets with those who mean the most to you. Make memories to last a lifetime!


 

What’s Included:

  • A fully private waterfront setting for your wedding and reception, with accommodations for up to 36 guests to stay on site (see cottage block below)

  • 3 separate sandy beach areas with spectacular ocean views

  • Multiple waterfront ceremony/reception areas to choose from

Full Buyout Midweek Wedding Rate:

Site Fee: $6,000

Includes everything listed above - all tables, chairs, bistro lighting, bathrooms, set up/breakdown, & choice of arbor

Cottage Block* (required) : $7675
- Reserve all 5 of our cottages for 2 nights to accommodate up to 36 guests. This rate includes all taxes and fees. 2 nt minimum required (Mon-Thur).

Up to 3 nts may be reserved (Mon-Thur) based on availability. An additional night of full buyout is $2800 + tax.

Your guests can pay towards this cottage block and the site fee. We hold the cottages in your name and send you a payment link to share with your guests. Any remaining balance is your responsibility. Balance must be paid 90 days prior to the event. Our cottages sleep 36 guests total. See our cottages

Planning - relax and let us handle the details! A professional “day of” planner is required for weddings over 30 guests. Our excellent in-house “month of” planning team is $2500. Or you can choose an outside planner from our preferred vendors

Floral, DJ, Entertainment, Photography - Choose from our Preferred Vendors or bring your own.

Additional Events - add a welcome party, rehearsal dinner, or goodbye brunch! $500 for a single event. $300 each for multiple events (catering/bar not included)

How To Reserve:

Only $1500 reserves our venue!!! First, we recommend that you schedule a virtual or in person tour here: Schedule a Tour. Once you’ve decided on your date, and checked availability with our office, we will prepare the contract for your review and hold the date for 3 days pending your review and payment of the reservation fee.

Check in/Checkout - 4 pm check in and 11 am check out.

Availability - We often block off dates to hold them for weddings, so just because a date is blocked on our calendar doesn’t mean it isn’t available for your wedding. Please contact us regarding available dates. Additional nights may be added based on availability.

Event Liability & Cancellation Insurance - We require event liability and cancellation insurance, which is approximately $400-450 based on our average wedding cost. This covers host liquor liability, broken engagements, cancellations due to extreme weather or damage to the venue, vendor deposits, lost rings, and more.

Deposit & Payments - $1500 non-refundable reservation fee is required to reserve, which is credited towards your overall package price. The balance is due 90 days prior to the event. We give you a payment link, which you and your guests may use at any time to pay towards your balance. We can also set up a payment plan upon request.
