We offer smaller wedding options that are perfect for couples who want something simple yet beautiful.

Many couples are choosing to scale down their weddings and just have a really intimate, yet romantic, celebration on the beach. This allows you to put more of your budget into creating a truly unforgettable, one-of-kind experience for those who matter most to you. At Dream Bay Resort, we offer an ideal venue for smaller weddings & events (up to 50 guests). Whether you want a simple elopement ceremony, romantic proposal, or a beautiful, beachside microwedding with reception, let us help you plan the details and create a magical event you’ll treasure for a lifetime!

Beach Dreams Package
(Elopement Ceremonies, Proposals, & Small Events - 50 guests max)

Semi-private. Only scheduled within 6 months, at times when other guests are at the resort, but in a private area. Typically weekdays (Mon-Thur). This package is ideal for wedding ceremonies, romantic beachfront proposals, birthdays, and other events. Cannot be booked beyond 6 months.

  • Beautiful beach or pier location overlooking the water

  • Officiant

  • Staff for set up/breakdown

  • 2 post bamboo or hexagon arbor with cloth draping

  • Choice of aisle and other décor items (lanterns, candles, seashells, tiki torches, and more)

  • Sand ceremony, Fisherman’s Knot, or Handfasting ceremony

  • Chairs for ceremony, and tables for cocktail hour or dinner reception afterwards

  • Guest bathrooms (3)

  • 1 hr after ceremony allowed for photography

  • Set up/breakdown

  • Complimentary bottle of champagne with keepsake flutes for wedding couple

  • Filing of wedding certificate

    2-10 people - $750
    10-50 people - $950

ADD ONS:

Cocktail hour (1 hr)  - $400
This is a nice way to continue the celebration for an hour after the ceremony and engage your guests while you take photos. Includes: Cocktail tables, small bar for alcohol, cooler w/ice, Bluetooth speakers, up to 50 champagne flutes/plastic cups, napkins and straws. Food and alcohol are additional, but our staff can help you make arrangements.

Dinner Reception (3 hrs) - $1500
We’ll set up a romantic beachside dinner reception for you! Includes: dinner tables, white linens, non-floral centerpieces, small bar for alcohol, cooler w/ice, Bluetooth speakers, up to 50 champagne flutes/plastic cups, napkins and straws. Since this is a semi-private package, this must be is a quiet dinner only, no DJ or loud entertainment. Dinner must be finished by 10 pm. Food and alcohol are additional, but our staff can help you make arrangements. Our caterers have a 25 person minimum, but if your group is less than that, you’re welcome to bring your own food/drinks. See our

Floral - You can add boutonnieres, bouquets, and fresh flowers to the arbor by using one of our preferred florists here: Preferred Vendors

Photography - starts at $350 per hr

Entertainment - Since this is a semi-private package, no DJ or loud music is allowed, but you may choose an acoustical guitarist, violinists, steel drums as entertainment. Low dinner music is allowed via the bluetooth speakers.

Planning - Relax and let us handle the details! A planner isn’t required for the Beach Dreams package. However, if you’d like planning, our excellent in-house “month of” planning team is only $1000 for microweddings! Or you can choose an outside planner from our preferred vendors

Accommodations - Add accommodations for yourselves and/or your guests in our 5 vacation rental cottages, including our honeymoon suite, Treetops. Based on availability and seasonal rates. See our cottages.

Deposit & Payments: For ceremony only, full payment is required at booking, which is refundable if cancelled 30 days in advance. If you choose accommodations, the ceremony and reception costs will be added to your invoice. 50% of the accommodations are required to reserve. Balance, including the wedding fees, will be due 2 weeks prior to your stay.

Sunset Dreams Package
(Ceremony & Reception - 50 guests max)

Fully Private. Scheduled anytime. This package is a full-buyout of the resort for 1 night, typically weekdays or Sundays.

  • The whole property, all to yourselves, just you and your guests, for ceremony and up to 5 hr waterfront reception (catering additional, see below)

  • 1 night stay for the wedding couple and all guests in our 5 vacation cottages (total 36 guests)

  • Officiant

  • Staff for set up/breakdown

  • Choice or arbor or arch, with white cloth draping

  • Choice of aisle and other décor items (lanterns, candles, seashells, tiki torches, and more)

  • Sand ceremony, Fisherman’s Knot, or Handfasting ceremony

  • All chairs, tables, and white tablecloths for your waterfront reception

  • Various non-floral decor items, including centerpieces, for up to 50 guests

    Cottage Block (required): $4525
    for 1 night in our 5 cottages to accommodate up to 36 guests. This rate includes all taxes and fees. Add this rate to the site fee for your venue contract total.

    Your guests can pay towards this cottage block and the site fee. We hold the cottages in your name and send you a payment link to share with your guests. Any remaining balance is your responsibility. Balance must be paid 90 days prior to the event. Our cottages sleep 36 guests total. See our cottages

    Additional Events - add a goodbye brunch the following morning for $300 (catering/bar not included).

    Event Liability & Cancellation Insurance - We require event liability and cancellation insurance, which is approximately $300-350 based on our average microwedding cost. This covers host liquor liability, broken engagements, cancellations due to extreme weather or damage to the venue, vendor deposits, lost rings, and more.

    Check in/Check out - The bridal parties may check into the dressing rooms at 1 pm, since we typically have guests checking out in the morning. All other guests must check in at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am the following day. Noon checkout if having a goodbye brunch.

    Availability: We often block off dates to hold them for weddings, so just because a date is blocked on our calendar doesn’t mean it isn’t available for your wedding. Please contact us regarding available dates. Additional nights may be added based on availability.

    Deposit & Payments: A non-refundable deposit of $1500 is required to reserve (the deposit is applied to your balance). The balance is due 90 days prior to the event. Exceeding the maximum guest amount will result in a higher site fee of $2,000. We give you a payment link, which you may use at any time to pay towards your balance. We can also set up a payment plan upon request.

    How to Reserve - Once you’ve decided on your date, and checked availability with our office, we will prepare the contract for your review and hold the date for 5 days pending your review and payment of the reservation fee.

(Midweek Ceremony & Reception - 50 guests max)

Fully Private. Scheduled anytime. This package is a full-buyout of the resort for a minimum of 2 nights between Monday - Thursday.
