Private Weekend Weddings
Up to 200 Guests (Thursday - Monday)
This package is a full-buyout of the resort for the weekend (minimum of 2 nights between Thursday-Monday). Only you and your guests, plus our staff, will be on site. Most couples have their close family and wedding party stay in our 5 cottages and other wedding guests in nearby hotels/motels. It’s truly such a great way to enjoy the time leading up to the wedding and afterwards. Lounge on the beach with a margarita and your toes in the sand. Kayak, paddle board, build sandcastles, and take in our spectacular sunsets with those who mean the most to you. Make memories to last a lifetime!
What’s Included:
3 days/2 nights of accommodations in our 5 vacation rental cottages, for up to 36 guests staying on site. You’ll have the whole property to yourselves!

Accommodations: This full buyout package rate INCLUDES accommodations in all 5 cottages. You may choose any 2-4 nights Thur-Mon. Your guests can pay towards the accommodations. We hold them in your name and credit payments to your invoice, reducing your overall package price. We will send you an invoice showing the accommodation costs and a payment link that you and your guests can use at any time to pay towards your balance.
Availability: We often block off dates to hold them for weddings, so just because a date is blocked on our calendar doesn’t mean it isn’t availability for your wedding. Please contact us regarding available dates. Additional nights may be added based on availability.
Deposit & Payments: $2000 non-refundable reservation fee is required to reserve, which is credited towards your overall package price. The balance is due 90 days prior to the event. We give you a payment link, which you may use at any time to pay towards your balance. We can also set up a payment plan upon request.
Holidays and high demand dates will be higher. The rates above are the full contract rates rounded off to the nearest whole number. The only additional fee is for required event liability and cancellation insurance, which is approximately $400-$450 based on our average wedding cost. Rates are subject to change without notice.
