Beach Dreams Package

(Simple Elopement Ceremony - 50 guests max)


 
  • Semi-private. Only scheduled within 6 months, at times when other guests are at the resort, but in a private area. Typically weekdays (Mon-Thur). This package is ideal for small, casual wedding ceremonies. Cannot be booked beyond 6 months.

    • Beautiful beach or pier location overlooking the water

    • Officiant

    • Staff for set up/breakdown

    • 2 post bamboo or hexagon arbor with cloth draping

    • Choice of aisle and other décor items (lanterns, candles, seashells, tiki torches, and more)

    • Sand ceremony, Fisherman’s Knot, or Handfasting ceremony

    • Chairs for ceremony, and tables for cocktail hour afterwards

    • Guest bathrooms (3)

    • 1 hr after ceremony allowed for photography

    • Set up/breakdown

    • Complimentary bottle of champagne with keepsake flutes for wedding couple

    • Filing of wedding certificate

  • 2-10 people - $750
    10-50 people - $950

    This is for total number of participants. Children under 2 are not counted.

  • Photography - starts at $350 per hr. You can choose from our Preferred Vendors or we will arrange for a photographer.

    Cocktail hour (1 hr)  - $400
    This is a nice way to continue the celebration for an hour or so after the ceremony and engage your guests while you take photos. Includes: Cocktail tables, small bar for alcohol, cooler w/ice, Bluetooth speakers, champagne flutes/plastic cups, napkins and straws. Food and alcohol are not provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own. Our onsite caterer, A Movable Feast, has some lovely hors d’oeuvres to chose from.

    Romantic Dinner for Two (1-2 hrs) - $400
    After your elopement ceremony, or for a wedding proposal, we can set up a beautiful beachside dinner with table, chairs, tablecloth, centerpiece, Bluetooth speakers, complimentary bottle of champagne w/flutes, dinnerware, candles, lanterns, and other decor. This doesn’t include food, but you may provide your own, or we can arrange for a private chef service. Explore Private Chef Catering Menus by A Movable Feast.

    Romantic Beachside Dinner Reception (4-5 hrs) - $1500
    For groups of 20-50, we can set up a quiet beachside dinner reception. Includes: optional cocktail hour (above), dining and cocktail tables, chairs, white tablecloths, non-floral centerpieces, small bar for alcohol, cooler w/ice, Bluetooth speakers, champagne flutes/plastic cups, napkins and straws. Food and alcohol are not provided, but you can choose from our catering/bar packages. Since this is a semi-private package, no loud music or DJ is allowed, but you may have an acoustical guitarist, violinist, or steel drum player. If you’d like a private reception, with DJ and dancing, we suggest our Sunset Dreams package.

    Floral - You can add boutonnieres, bouquets, and fresh flowers to the arbor by using one of our preferred florists here: Preferred Vendors

    Entertainment - Since this is a semi-private package, no loud music is allowed, but you may choose an acoustical guitarist, violinist, or steel drums

    Accommodations - Add accommodations for yourselves and/or your guests in our 5 vacation rental cottages, including our honeymoon suite, Treetops. Based on availability and seasonal rates. See our cottages.

  • Deposit & Payments: 50% payment is required at booking, which is refundable if cancelled at least 30 days in advance. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. If you choose to stay in our cottages, the wedding fees will be added to your invoice and paid along with the balance.
