Midweek Wedding Package
Up to 200 Guests
This package is a full-buyout of the resort for any two nights between Monday and Thursday. Only you and your guests, plus our staff, will be on site. Most couples have their close family and wedding party stay in our 5 cottages and other wedding guests in nearby hotels/motels. It’s truly such a great way to enjoy the time leading up to the wedding and afterwards. Lounge on the beach with a margarita and your toes in the sand. Kayak, paddle board, build sandcastles, and take in our spectacular sunsets with those who mean the most to you. Make memories to last a lifetime!
What’s Included:
3 days/2 nights of accommodations in our 5 vacation rental cottages, for up to 36 guests. You’ll have the whole property to yourselves.

Rate:
2 nts - Total w/taxes & fees $12,000
3 nts - Total w/taxes & fees $14,800
Accommodations: This full buyout package rate INCLUDES accommodations in all 5 cottages. You may choose any 2-3 nights Mon-Thur. Your guests can pay towards the accommodations. We hold them in your name and credit payments to your invoice, reducing your overall package price. We will send you an invoice showing the accommodation costs and a payment link your guests can use.
Availability: We often block off dates to hold them for weddings, so just because a date is blocked on our calendar doesn’t mean it isn’t availability for your wedding. Please contact us regarding available dates. Additional nights may be added based on availability.
Deposit & Payments: $2000 required to reserve. The balance is due 90 days prior to the event. We give you a payment link, which you may use at any time to pay towards your balance. We can also set up a payment plan upon request.
Holidays and high demand dates will be higher. The rate above is rounded off to nearest whole number. Rates are subject to change without notice.
