We offer smaller wedding options that are perfect for couples who want something simple yet beautiful.

Many couples are choosing to scale down their weddings and just have a really intimate, yet romantic, celebration on the beach. This allows you to put more of your budget into creating a truly unforgettable, one-of-kind experience for those who matter most to you. At Dream Bay Resort, we offer an ideal venue for smaller weddings (up to 50 guests), whether you want a simple elopement ceremony or a beautiful, beachside microwedding with reception. Let us help you plan the details and create a magical event you’ll treasure for a lifetime!

 
 

Beach Dreams Package
(Ceremony Only - 50 guests max)

Semi-private. Only scheduled within 6 months, at times when other guests are at the resort. Typically weekdays (Mon-Thur). Cannot be booked beyond 6 months.

  • Beautiful beach or pier location

  • Officiant

  • 2 post bamboo or hexagon arbor with cloth draping

  • Choice of aisle décor (lanterns, candles, seashells, or tiki torches)

  • Sand ceremony, Fisherman’s Knot, or Handfasting ceremony

  • Chairs for ceremony

  • Guest bathrooms (3)

  • 1 hr after ceremony allowed for photography

  • Set up/breakdown

  • Complimentary bottle of champagne with keepsake flutes for wedding couple

  • Filing of wedding certificate

    2-10 people - $450
    10-50 people - $650

    Full payment required at booking. Refundable if cancelled 30 days in advance.

Sunset Dreams Package
(Ceremony & Reception - 50 guests max)

Semi-private. Only scheduled within 6 months, at times when other guests are at the resort. Typically weekdays (Mon-Thur). Cannot be booked beyond 6 months.

  • Everything included in the Beach Dreams Package (above)

  • Use of our beautiful beach or pier location for up to 5 hours

  • Planner/Event Manager

  • All chairs, tables, and white tablecloths for your waterfront reception (catering additional, see below*)

  • Various decor items, including centerpieces and table settings, for up to 30 guests

  • Romantic 1 night stay for the wedding couple in our honeymoon suite, Treetops

    Rate - Total w/taxes and fees $2,300

    Deposit of $1000 required to reserve (this is applied to your balance). Fully refundable if cancelled 30 days in advance. Maximum 50 guests. Exceeding the maximum guest amount will result in a higher site fee.

Tropical Dreams Package
(Midweek Ceremony & Reception - 50 guests max)

Fully Private. Scheduled anytime. Midweek (Mon-Thur) only.

  • The whole property, all to yourselves, just you and your guests, for ceremony and up to 5 hr reception

  • Guest accommodations for the wedding night in all 5 of our cottages

  • 2 nights accommodations for the wedding couple in our honeymoon suite, Treetops. Check in the night before your wedding, and start preparing early the next day.

  • Officiant

  • Planner/Event coordinator

  • Choice of arbor or arch, with white cloth draping

  • Choice of aisle decor (lanterns, candles, seashells, or tiki torches)

  • Sand ceremony, Fisherman’s Knot, or Handfasting ceremony

  • All chairs, tables, and white tablecloths for your waterfront reception (catering additional, see below*)

  • Various decor items, including centerpieces and table settings, for up to 50 guests

  • Guest bathrooms (3)

  • Dressing rooms for wedding couple

  • Set up/breakdown

  • Filing of wedding license

    Rate: Total w/taxes & fees $8,000

    Accommodations: This full buyout package rate INCLUDES accommodations in all 5 cottages for the wedding night and 2 nights for the couple in our honeymoon suite. You may choose any 2 nights Mon-Thur. Your guests can pay towards the accommodations. We hold them in your name and credit payments to your invoice, reducing your overall package price. We will send you an invoice showing the accommodation costs and a payment link your guests can use.

    Availability: We often block off dates to hold them for weddings, so just because a date is blocked on our calendar doesn’t mean it isn’t availability for your wedding. Please contact us regarding available dates. Additional nights may be added based on availability.

    Deposit & Payments: Non-refundable deposit of $2000 required to reserve (this is applied to your balance). Maximum 50 guests. Exceeding the maximum guest amount will result in a higher site fee. The balance is due 90 days prior to the event. We give you a payment link, which you may use at any time to pay towards your balance. We can also set up a payment plan upon request.

Island Dreams Package
(Weekend Ceremony & Reception - 50 guests max)

Fully Private. Scheduled anytime. Weekends (Fri & Sat nights).

  • The whole property, all to yourselves, just you and your guests, for ceremony and up to 5 hr reception

  • 3 days/2 nights accommodations in all 5 cottages, including the honeymoon suite, Treetops

  • Officiant

  • Planner/Event manager

  • Choice or arbor or arch, with white cloth draping

  • Choice of aisle decor (lanterns, candles, seashells, or tiki torches)

  • Sand ceremony, Fisherman’s Knot, or Handfasting ceremony

  • All chairs, tables, and white tablecloths for your waterfront reception (catering additional, see below*)

  • Various decor items, including centerpieces and table settings, for up to 50 guests

  • Guest bathrooms (3)

  • Dressing rooms for the wedding couple

Add Ons:

Honeymoon accommodations: If you’re only having a ceremony, a rental isn’t required, but we highly recommend that the wedding couple rent at least one cottage for the minimum number of nights to have a place to get ready, or to spend your first night as a married couple. You may choose our honeymoon suite, Treetops, or any other cottage(s).

Photography: Choose one of the photographers on our preferred vendor list or bring your own.


Maximum number of people includes wedding couple, but not officiant, photographer, or other vendors. Exceeding the maximum guest count will result in additional fees. Policies and rates are subject to change without notice.
